| Feeder |
|
| The Stream Feeder ensures safe and perfect feeding of the different thickness of paper. The sheet is separated from the back of the pile & lifted by two telescopic suckers, advancing,it to the forwarding rollers, thus eliminating the risk of grip of the sheet. |

| Inking Unit |
|
| The 20 roller inking unit distributes inks evenly for the job demands. Oscillating and rider rollers are copper coated to provide maximum ink grinding. The distribution of ink can be perfectly controlled by ink screws. |

| Gears |
|
| Gears are used in our machines high precision hard and ground gears manufactured on high precision CNC Machines. Resulting long life, smooth and noise less running of machine. |

| Lubrication |

| Single shot motorized lubrication Unit with timer is being used in the machine for Automatic lubrication in the moving and internal parts of the moving Only open parts are requried to be oiled manually. |
